Country Cabin Embroidery and Gifts currently has a 14 day turn around time to make and process orders.  An email will be sent when your order is completed and followed up with another email when your order has shipped.  If any items are to be personalized leave a note in the ORDER NOTES box provided on the check out page.  Please make sure you specify clearly which items and check the spelling provided. Country Cabin Embroidery will not be held responsible for items misspelled due to customer error.  All items purchased are custom made and non-returnable unless found to be defective.  If any further communications are needed you will be contacted by the email address provided on your account. All towels are machine washable. Wash in cold water and dry on low heat.  It is advised to add a color catcher to the first wash due to these being new towels and they may bleed color.
